Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

These Terms apply to the Univora AI website, the Eduvora application and related services. By accessing or using these services, you agree to these Terms. Where a user is a minor, use should take place with appropriate parent or guardian involvement where required.

2. Service description

Eduvora is an education technology platform developed by Univora AI. It may provide structured lessons, quizzes, assessments, educational games, AI study assistance, offline learning content, online learning and gaming features, educational technology courses, examination preparation and past questions where available, career guidance and learning-progress tools.

3. Accounts

Users should provide accurate information, keep account credentials private and tell us promptly if they believe an account has been accessed without permission. Users are responsible for activity conducted through their accounts except where responsibility cannot legally be assigned to them.

4. Educational purpose

Eduvora provides educational resources and study tools. We do not guarantee an examination pass, a particular grade, admission, employment or any specific academic or career outcome. Learners remain responsible for their studies, examinations and decisions.

5. AI content

AI-generated explanations and responses may occasionally be incomplete or incorrect. Users should check important academic information against trusted educational materials and consult a teacher or other qualified person where appropriate.

6. Offline and online features

Some Eduvora resources can continue working offline after they have been downloaded or made available on the device. Other features require internet access, including online multiplayer, Arena, synchronisation, payments and other connected services. Availability may also depend on the user's device and app version.

7. Paid access

Certain Eduvora features may be made available through subscriptions, vouchers, promotional access passes, one-time access purchases or sponsored access, depending on the offer displayed at the time. The duration, price, quantity and access description shown at checkout control the purchase.

Current website voucher purchases are one-time, non-recurring payments. After successful payment, the access code or activation details are sent to the phone number provided and to email when supplied.

8. Payments

Payments may be processed by third-party providers where shown at checkout. Users must provide valid payment and contact information. Univora AI does not ask customers to disclose their Mobile Money PINs or one-time passwords to our staff or support representatives.

9. Refunds

Payments for activated digital access are generally non-refundable once access has been successfully delivered or activated, except where required by applicable law or where a payment was duplicated, incorrectly charged, or access could not be delivered because of a verified technical issue attributable to Univora AI.

10. Acceptable use

Users must not use the services to:

• Cheat, manipulate or exploit games, rankings or assessments.
• Harass, threaten or abuse another user.
• Make fraudulent payments or use payment information without permission.
• Share or resell accounts or access codes where doing so is restricted.
• Attempt to compromise, disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to Eduvora systems.
• Use cybersecurity learning content to harm others or engage in unlawful activity.
• Use the services in any other unlawful or seriously abusive way.

11. Intellectual property

Eduvora software, Univora AI and Eduvora branding, product design, original learning content and other proprietary materials belong to Univora AI or the relevant licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership to users. Third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

12. Service availability

We work to keep Eduvora useful and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change, undergo maintenance or become temporarily unavailable. Network-dependent features may be affected by internet access and third-party services.

13. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend an account where reasonably necessary to investigate or respond to fraud, serious abuse, security threats, unlawful conduct or material violations of these Terms. Where appropriate, we will consider the circumstances and available ways to resolve the issue.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Univora AI is responsible only for loss that is a reasonably foreseeable result of our failure to meet these Terms. We are not responsible for circumstances outside our reasonable control, third-party network failures or decisions made solely on unverified AI-generated content. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect service, business or legal changes. The date at the top of this page shows the latest update. Continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply from their effective date, subject to applicable law.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, subject to applicable consumer and data-protection laws.
