This page describes the teacher portal’s data flow. The operator’s full privacy policy and legal contact must be linked before public launch.

Accounts and payments

Supabase authenticates your account. The teacher service maintains your coin balance and payment ledger. Paystack processes web payments; the portal never asks for your card details directly.

Documents and report cards

Documents are saved on this browser and backed up through Eduvora’s authenticated teacher service. Report records sync to owner-restricted Supabase tables. Guardian information is optional. Only enter information you have authority to process.

AI imports and generation

Selected curriculum statements and generation settings are sent to Eduvora’s AI service. When you choose an AI report import, the selected pages or worksheets are processed to extract editable records. Review them before saving.

Local storage

The portal stores encrypted work in IndexedDB with a device-held key. This helps protect stored data but does not protect an unlocked browser session. Sign out on shared computers. Clearing browser storage removes local copies; back up and sync important work first.

Control of your records

Use document deletion and report management tools to remove records. Cloud report revision history supports recovery and accountability. Contact the operator for account-level deletion or retention requests.
